Service was alright , but me and my wife came in store when they opened and made a purchase. We were told our item was supposed to be delivered between 1-3 pm and no one called or showed after we both cleared our schedules to be home.
I had such a wonderful experience at the Rent-A-Center in Whitehall, and I truly have to thank Tara for that! She is an absolute gem and made the whole process so much easier for me. Tara went out of her way to help me find the perfect sectional for my family, and her kindness really made a difference. I couldn’t be more grateful for her support. Thank you so much, Tara! ❤️

Apparently this location doesn't find much value in new customers. Most companies love customer retention and word of mouth recommendations to gain new customers, not this one! I'm paid current and asked if my most recent payment could be made 3 business days later than they asked, but I guess it's unreasonable and they would rather schedule time to pick up my furniture the same week as Thanksgiving. RAC, thanks for being so compassionate to a new customer and for keeping hope in humanity alive. Classy!
