My experience was really great, I had went in to make my payment they treated me with respect and afterwards they answered my questions about some more furniture that I had been looking at eager to to get more business from me. I told the customer service representative that I will be back when I pay off my couch.
Been here multiple times. Jeff and his crew have always been helpful and ready to find me the item I was looking for. It's why I keep coming back to just this store and just this crew. When there was a problem, it was handled quickly and the item was repaired top notch. Excellence all around.
I went into this location & the store manager Jeff helped me out. I was supposed to get a couch, love seat, bed & mattress. The day of delivery he calls to tell me since I haven’t been at my residence for a while I can only get one thing which didn’t make any since so I called the Morse rd location to inquire about the same thing, he mentioned my resident history wasn’t a problem it just goes by app which I’m more then qualified to get whatever I wanted. Idk if this is the Rent a center who services Galloway Hubbard road area but let me tell you. You people are so disrespectful. Saturday afternoon I hear pounding, yelling and horns blowing. Not feeling good at all I get up and see this Rent A center truck in my neighbor's driveway. I hear this guy just beating on their door like trying to break it down....
