So many issues with this company. Over charged countless times. Ordered a kitchen stove and it looked like it had been picked up from someone else’s house and brought straight to mine. It was filthy. Then waited an entire week for them to come back and pick it up. This used to be a great place. Not so much anymore

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered furniture and was told it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery. On the 4th week I was told 4-6 weeks before it would be in. And they wanted to charge me some fee and I don't even have product. They are rude and as of now I still haven't been refunded the money I put down. Never deal with these people again

Just had my dresser delivered within the quoted time. Gentlemen were very friendly and placed the dresser where I wanted it. Keep up the great work Logan RTO.

Amy has made shopping for the holidays a success. She is a very good asset to the company and I wouldn’t have had the best experience without her knowledge and great efforts! Give her a raise.

We have been renting a ps5 since April of this year. The ps5 kept shutting off since we picked it up. We took it back to get them to repair it. It took them two weeks to find another one. The one we were renting had a bad power supply. So we pick the replacement up 12/09/2023. We were sent a whole new agreement. A payment was taken out for December before we picked up a replacement. Why aren't we just continuing payments for the old one. Instead of having to start all over?? I will call corporate and I'm contacting my lawye... read more
