This rent a center is one of the best places I've e ever done business at. The sales people in there are also great, Let me not forget The store manger Mr.Anthony.. is top notch, he's very kind, also he's a great person to conduct business with... No doubt about it .I've furnished my entire home with this rent a center on summit Ave in Greensboro NC. I will do the same thing over and over again.. this rent a center should be voted number ONE. I send a huge shout out to Anthony for always being a great business person...
Appliance doesn't half work and l get down ti my last two payments and they want to treat me like shhhh. Went to my home after I was approved by manager Elsie i can pay the next day. These people play too much and know how I feel about pulling up at my home putting neighbors in my business. I never had an issue with communicating with them and yes.terday they got brand new on me
I like RAC and they are reasonable. The only thing that BOTHERS the heck out of me is them knocking on your door when you are few days late. I get it there is a due date but they don't give people a chance to pay. I could see if I missed a whole month or 2 but shit 4 days. I get others have abused that. But goodness. Y'all not the police. Woke up my child and everything. It's convenient but I know once I pay my items off I'll go a different route. I don't like people knocking on my door unannounced. Those items is heavy. ... read more
Absolutely not. Upon the delivery of our furniture I couldn’t help but overhear the way the two friendly men that actually delivered my furniture were being talked to. I don’t know if he was a manager or what but it doesn’t give him the right to speak to them in that way. The guys who delivered my furniture were definitely newer because I’ve never seen them before but I managed to catch at-least one’s name which was “Que”.
