Obviously the prices are expensive however the Milford rent a center has always been super respectful and understanding. If the deal works go for it!
I am being forced to keep renting a couch costing me 120 a month i can afford and i am a vet on ss. fixed income. when i rented it i asked is it covered if my cats scratch it he said yes everything is covered . then a month later i said come get the couch they said no you get a month free i said come get it they did not. now they called and threatened to take back a pc i am renting and my ps5 i paid off . I’ve been paying for a bed for over a year. I contacted Rent-A-Center about issues I’ve been having with the mattress. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the springs poking and it makes a clicking sound when you sit down on it. They sent someone to my home to verify if I was lying or not. The employee verified the issues I was having but then the manager told me that the issues I was having were not covered by my warranty or insurance. I do not like being harassed for payment on THE day my payment is due, I have until the close of business to make a payment yet as soon as business opens for the day I get a call and 2 text messages. I get no less than 3 phone calls and several texts. I have stated this every time you ask me for my input. Your company knows I pay online and that I work on Saturdays and yet you blow my phone up every time... Nothing changes. they doing it again right now telling me they wont take the couch you have to keep it and you owe us . complaint department please call back i lost your number . this is ridiculous my house will be demolished with the couch in it if i cant afford the couch i cant afford to store it solve this please help
