The side rail broke when my husband was getting up he fell off the side. The store manager sent a driver to fix it but they ended up having to take the bed apart leaving us with a bed on spring type platforms now it's been a week and haven't heard anything from corporate that they told us to call.But corporate don't mind sending out messages saying our payment is late. As long as we have a broken bed we aren't paying sheet
