Update to my original review. So I tried using them again years later and the service is equally if not worse. Applied and approved online, they never call you like the website says they will so ended up calling them after almost 2 weeks had passed, to then receive not the friendliest of service and a very lengthy application and approval process. Although at first when they delivered the items, there was not much of organization as they left my furniture in a room wrapped. No unpacking or putting it together; the service they have provided when my items needed repair or replacement was great. They’ve took care of it right away! Very attentive to my needs after the mishap in the beginning.
I placed an order online yesterday and set up delivery for 6 pm today. After waiting for a half hour I finally called to find out why they hadn’t arrived, only to be told that the girl who took my order yesterday- Aliyah- has “only been here 5 days” and mistakenly set up my delivery for after they close. I understand that she’s new and all, but I don’t understand why they would have someone so new handling orders when she’s clearly not ready to.
