Complete waste of time. I submitted an application on 01/26/26. Everything appeared, from the mobile app to have gone through successfully. I made two payments, called the following Thursday to confirm everything was set because no one from the store contacted me. 1st red flag. I spoke to a gentleman he stated, it was just him and one other person and would give me a callback. Never received a call (2nd red flag). So I sent in references was told all was good sent landlords info but just now being told my roomate had to go on agreement too that makes no sense what so ever and if thats the case yall should be forthcoming with that from the beginning. Whats worse is they never called my references 🤔 ans said I needed to email them again. Yeah not good for Business thankfully Aarons is gonna take care of me .

first experience renting a couch was ok second was disappointing full of used items with broken or wrong items and two remotes from different tvs and even a heated augments' over the phone when all i wanted was a WORKING sound bar DID NOT TEST BEFORE THAY LEFT no boxes anywhere no manual -i will be checking in to the class action lawsuit on these guys its like they STOLE these items and are selling them as new
