Getting the products was absolutely easy. I’ve told them twice I have a new card due to fraud on my account. They take the time to call me on the day after my payment was supposed to be scheduled. I let the female on the phone know that I’m dealing with the fire victims in LA donating stuff and volunteering my time. I don’t have my wallet on me. And her response was well if you can find it and call back so we don’t have to schedule a pick up. So instead of showing any type of empathy, they threatened to pick up the product. ... read more
Came unprepared to hook up gas stove until connection was removed from old stove. Was never told at time of rental that I needed to have anything additional.
Great people, they hooked me up with a better deal then I originally came for
