We parked our RV near the laundromat so we wouldn’t have to carry heavy laundry across the entire plaza. The lot was nearly empty, and we weren’t blocking anyone. I even explained this politely. Instead of acting like a normal human, a Rent-A-Center employee immediately got aggressive. I've been a customer of RAC in Putnam Ct for eight years now and I have never been disappointed with the items that I purchased. I've purchased, bedroom set ,living room set, dinning room set, washer and dryer set,a swivel rocker recliner chair, lamps, coffee table and end tables, mattress, easy lift bed frame, and Tv's. this company requires weekly friday payments & refuses to work with other payment plans. at first, the men who delivered my couch & entertainment center seemed nice. but they were late & I could tell my items were used. they shoved my electric fireplace in the wrong way (thankfully my husband fixed it), & forgot the couch pillows, which they had to come back for later. after making more payments, we were able to add a washer & dryer. they were scheduled for delivery between 12–3 but showed up at 10am. I was willing to pay triple price on a TV and everything but with the way they run their business it's better to just go without. I made a payment on a TV that the rca input doesn't even work, once I realized I switched it out and was told he would take a month off the payments, but never did. Fast forward a week (I was set on a biweekly schedule) and they're telling me I have to pay. So I do then they tell me I owe the 14 day payment 3 days later. I stupidly made the 14 day payment. I'm really hoping to be able to use rent a center again!! We need to get a washer and dryer. I've had MAJOR MEDICAL problem and had some issues paying but I've NEVER not caught up and just tried keeping an item. So I'm hoping and praying we can use you guys again to get a washer and dryer 🙏 😀. We can't afford to go and pay out right we don't have that kind of money sadly !!
