If I could give a -5 star I would! These people have compromised my bank account not once but three times! I have been fighting with them to come get their furniture because my account was compromised $5000.00 dollars. On several occasions they have stated they would be here to pick up their sofa set and I have missed work, my adult children have wasted a whole day waiting and here we are today, I was told 2-4 and now when I called corporate maybe 4-6!
As somebody who is moving from out of state to the Houma area, the first customer service experience I’ve had has been negative. The representative who claims to be the store manager was unprofessional and rude! I don’t know of any store manager who ends a conversation by saying OK and then hangs up the phone- I am a potential customrr of the store that is no way to get my business. If that’s the representation of this company, you should be embarrassed.
I wrote a review in the past. But never could find it to correct it. I would rent from them anytime, they are all very friendly and eager to help you get what you want. Paid out my washer and dryer. After looking at all my receipts, I seen I made a mistake in what I wrote. And I want to apologize, for what I wrote. And as soon as I move from here I will be coming for a living room set.
i paid my first week for the Samsung speaker, and I contacted my local store, they informed me it was in stock, but said they would call me back, I waited a week and contacted them again, again I was told I was be called back, so I then received a call 3 days later and told them I wanted to cancel the speaker. they haven't taken it off my account and are still trying to charge me for something they never gave me. I would advise you! If you do not want to be ripped off and have fraudulent charges on you’re account do not go there. Consumer service is also very poorly. They took out a payment after the fact it was supposed to be pushed back due to Covid using my bank account information without my permission. Only gave permission for debit card not bank account number.
