This company sure loves to be available to call and harass about payments but crickets when you reach out about warranty. They will accuse you of being two weeks late after only 9 days late, show up to your house and BANG on your door. Never once was I more than 10 days late working around my bills, and my phone would be blowing up every day starting the day it was due. I wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone based on the harassment alone.
RAC saved our behinds when the couch we bought in 2020 never showed up. We had already given away our old couch & spent the holidays in beach chairs. We were able to go here & rent some couches until we bought a new one. Aaron's doesn't let you rent, only rent to own. Everyone here was helpful, they delivered & picked up when our new furniture came in. Saved us from sitting in beach chairs in our living room for 3 months. Thank you!
Went to the store on Mahoning ave in youngstown, they are amazing!!!!! Helped us and was very polite and will continue to do business with them. Store was very clean.
I got a automated text that someone would be with me shortly so I waited for 40 minutes and gave up I’d like to order two items and start a new lease but I guess they don’t want to help me ?
