They are nice people it’s just really annoying when they blow your phone up a day before your payments even due.
I'm just getting everything together but I like they handle business and set the bed up for me and the delivery guy was real kind and severs was just as good and quick
Run don’t ever go here. This is how my furniture was delivered. I had to get a replacement and that one was messed up. This is the worse place ever
I got a washer and dryer set and when they arrived the washer would not work and everytime I would call about someone fixing it they would say someone would be out there the next day and a week goes by and no one called I would have to call and ask where is the service man at because he would not call and let anyone know what's going on and I got tired of paying for something that has not been fixed.
"The manager is at lunch, she'll call you when she gets back" is their favorite lie. I've been paying on a used defective TV for over a month with them promising to switch it out for a new one. They never call back. They have the worst customer service. & that's IF you can get them to answer the phone & speak decent English. Probably going to take my business elsewhere.
