I was a new customer with Rent-A-Center as of the morning of April 10th, 2018 and as of the evening of the same day, I am now a former, dissatisfied customer. Rafael and Richard, two other store reps, made sure I was smiling and that all of my questions were answered. Shane, the “store manager”, on the other hand was the poster example of what not to do in a customer service field.
