I went to the store to look at a few things and soon as I walked in I couldn't get anyone to help me .I waited 30 minutes before someone finally helped me then the guy made me feel like I was waisting his time because I was asking alot of questions about the products I was interested in. He was short and rude to me .I finally said I had enough and left .very disappointed in my time at the store .so I doubt I will do my business there now .unsatisfied customer
im going to give an update to a previous review - as i gave this location a 1 start in my previous review, i would like to give an updated post. Both the district and store manager have reached out to me, and im happy to say they were both understanding. The store manager helped make sure the account was correct for the lease. I really appreciate the store manager. Dawn has been a wonderful help throughout my time using them. She had taken good care of us. Big help in this resolution.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION... Dawn (the manager) started off really nice to me... My opinions of her have now changed tremendously ...My items took a fishy amount of time to get to there store they kept giving me the run around I ordered a engagement ring and a necklace for my fiance, took 4 weeks for my items to arrive at the store so yes i was making payments without having my items.... To make a long story short after I finally get the items in my possession, within a few weeks the items were stolen out of my car alon... read more
When I call Dawn let her know I need something it's usually here the same day. She is awesome. The delivery people are always nice and take trash with them. Make sure everything is hooked up and working. Love this store
