Got a fridge from them and it broke down and ask for a new one only for them to give me the run around. Waited a month for a new one and finally when it arrived at they store they said the would deliver it on a Monday. Been a customer since 2014, love this location and been a loyal customer ever since but what I don't like is being lied to or manipulated. I requested to remove autopay off 3 of my agreements since I prefer to make my own payments on time since I get paid later in the day and avoid overdrafts. I signed into my account and could not remove it so I called the store on Saturday 7/26/25 @12:40pm. I was told I could not and that it was mandatory and to just lock my debit card (thats absurd). They will call you at 9am on payment date even if you worked til 3am no professionalism what so ever , and they want you to be professional your calling me at 9am on payment date your store just opened and your first go to is lets hassle customers they very morning of the payment date .. store manager wants customer to be professional when she has zero professionalism .. insulting and unprofessional and I’ll respond the same
Poor service 💯 have no idea what there doing.
I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years had a death in the family and was in the hospital and they harassed my sisters and my family very disrespectful. A guy named Matthew who works there takes everything as a joke.. they are just not very respectful people. They like to threaten you even with the children. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you wanna be harassed
