Awesome customer service, brenda was super nice & helped me out great !
If I could put 0 stars I would They led us to believe that we have paid for both appliance stove and refrigerator then told us it will be there once the order is shipt to them they would let us know that it would be delivered. They never called and informed us that they had to return the refrigerator because it was damaged and that they refunded our money back. They steal. I canceled an order. After no refund I called and ask where it was the manager said she had to mail a money order to my address as a refund because all she had was cash. Even tho I didn't pay with cash.
DaShon helped me on the phone. I never had to step inside the store. My situation was a little compromised. I needed a laptop with certain specs and DaShon went above and beyond duty to help me get what I needed. Excellent and friendly customer service. I would absolutely recommend them.
Customer service was great. I started my purchase online, I needed a refrigerator ASAP! Deshawn called me back right away, he was so helpful and friendly. I received my refrigerator the same day :)
