Good experience at Rent-A-Center! Staff was helpful and explained all the rental terms clearly. Nice selection of furniture and electronics to choose from. The payment plan worked well for my budget and delivery was prompt. Appreciate having flexible options when you need furniture right away.

Rent-A-Center in Malone my. Where do I begin? Well let me first start by saying that I have been a customer of this place for many, MANY years. I have had good experiences and bad. My past experiences when they had different management a few years back I would have given an overall rating of ZERO. But since dealing with Dan Cibelli I must say what an absolute wonderful person. The staff at my store have been absolutely wonderful. Joe helped sell me a washer and dryer within my budget and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them when I needed someone to come look at it when the hose they hooked up had a crack in it. Everyone has been great, very professional, and easy to work with.

You pay about triple by the time your done but there are no credit checks and if you change your mind they just take it back. They deliver and set up at no extra charge! Sweet deal if you live paycheck to paycheck like most around here.
