We had a bit of a dire situation come up on Christmas Eve as our brand new oven went out. We called Rent a Center in Lake Elsinore and luckily they had one left that was gas. The best part of the experience was Lynn who was so friendly, informative and a blessing. She helped us through the whole process and saved our Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner. Worst experience ever...My husband rented a dining table and he was promised a new table and we received a previously rented one... it was in horrible condition with stains and marks all over it... We spoke with Reina about the issue in December and have yet to receive any feedback from her or the company... We ended up going to Aarons Rent to own and had a much more pleasant experience... The male (Sal) who delivered couch tried to tell me the couch would not fit . Didn’t even try to bring it in to see. After having them come back and bring the couch anyways, the couch DID fit exactly as I wanted it. The male had an attitude about bringing it in my house. Beautiful couch but very unhappy with the delivery service from Sal specifically.
