Very good customer service. No credit checks! You can rent furniture or appliances or rent to own. My central air had stopped working, and I needed an air conditioner fast! So I went to the rent a center on Broad Street in New Castle. This place is called Myers. It's a smaller branch of the Rent a Center off of Hwy 3. They were very nice and helpful. Will never purchase from Rent A Center ever again! Went to pay off my washer on the 6 mo same as cash option. Store closed at 6 pm on Friday went back Saturday morning at 9 am and they didn't open until 10 went back at 10 only to be told that offer ended at midnight.Now want an extra $100 to pay off. Hope their $100.makes them happy because they just missed out selling me a dryer
My washer stopped working and I decided to get a washer from rent a center in new castle in . The first washer we got didn’t work properly. The second washer they sent didn’t work properly. I left 2 messages for Karen the manager to call me. Each time I called she was always off work . I never received a phone call from Karen. Fridge's freezer didn't work properly, but we had already paid up for 2 weeks in cash. They offered to replace our fridge with a different one while the one we wanted was serviced or for us to get our money back until another similar fridge came in and they'd call us. We received our refund in 2 days from the date they picked up the non-working fridge. There very professional with all they do. We wound up going ahead and getting a laptop from them instead.
Very nice. Very fast. Very easy. Didn’t have what I wanted in stock but they found one about half an hour away and was able to pick it up same day
