I wanted to rent a sofa set thru them..I was ready to pay and they told me they couldn't deliver til mon..meanwhile todays friday..but on there door it states free same.day delivery. i was told they were booked for delivery but the half hour I was there they had 3 delivery drivers just sitting in the office..I made a phone call to corporate and they are gonna get to the bottom of it and try and accommodate me for this issue
Bought a TV from them. Paid up. Went to sell it afterwards due to financial hardships and these guys had people they know show up and take the TV without paying. Said I didn't finish paying it off when I had. These people are crooks and thieves.
Contracts change and you are not informed. They take a 2 week payment as a 10 day, harass all phones you have because your "late" and try to charge late fees. They take more than the payment off your card. They day your account comes due they are at your door harassing you by mid afternoon. Insist they have been calling you every day but you have no call history from them in over a week. Scam artists. My experience in South Glens Falls. Business as a whole is a sham. Theives. Liars.
