Jasmine was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The process took less than 30 minutes, I had my couch delivered to me within the next 3 days of my first visit. I highly recommend this location. They are amazing!

Canceled my order so fast! The gentleman I spoke with was very unprofessional. He kept clearing his throat and sucking knot down his throat the whole conversation and could not give me any information I was asking for. I got told one thing dealing with online I signed my documents and gave a card for file and then was told on the phone what the internet told me was not correct and I should go thru the store itself. The manager at the Huffman store that helped us was amazing! She was best service we received in a long time. She didn’t make us feel bad for asking questions or changing our mind. She helped us the whole time and never rushed us! We will be back to do business with her! Thank you so much

I was told I would be getting my furniture delivered to the store because they didn’t have it in stock. I was told no later than the 17th of March. I have not gotten not one phone call from the store. She made it very clear that I don’t call that they would call me, but yet I called and they don’t know anything about the furniture or when it would arrive. This has been the worst experience I had since renting from rent a center. The worst customer service I’ve even had in all. This is the rent a center in Tarrant AL.
