i went in there ask a few questions and one guy ignored me and the other really didn't want talk to me, i will take my business else where, i was the only person in the store. not sure how y'all stay open with bad customer service skills
The app changed my card twice but Rent - A - Center cought the mistake and put the money back and I didn't even have to ask this place is a great place I would not do business with anyone else
I had some family members picking up a stove for me the guy working dropped it!! Didn’t say sorry or anything dropped it and said help me pick it up! Like really? Then also look how dirty it is! I have been working with the Fayetteville store to get a stove! The Fayetteville guys are amazing!! They 100 percent care about there customers! Orders and paid for furniture paid payments already day of delivery they did not come gave me run around when I asked to speak to manager really rude said he issued my refund on Monday so I would have got it Wednesday! Called corporate because there communication and customer service skills lack very much and corporate told me he barely issued my refund when I called again on Friday now it’s issued and I have to wait a whole week again for my refund!!! Terrible place never go there
Terrible terrible terrible customer service. We were told the couch we selected was brand new and would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday evening, an hour after they said it would be delivered, I called and was told "oh yeah we aren't coming today due to being short staffed." A phone call would have been nice. So we were told it would be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday, again an hour after our delivery time, I call them yet again.
