I love renting from Liz at the rent a center on Galbraith Rd. She is so knowledgeable about their merchandise. She always pleasant and has a very good attitude. Whether on the phone or in person, you always come first and she will make sure you are a satisfied customer.
Don’t ever purchase anything from them ! I got a dryer from them paid it off in two months the week after I already paid it off the dryer goes out and they are not willing to help me by replacing it or give me my money back so I go purchase a new dryer!! Their customer service is rude and nasty . Before going anywhere to get any item, especially appliances like a washer or dryer, please, please go somewhere else. Do not go there.
