Hector and staff are outstanding! Making the entire process easy and very patient to answer any questions or concerns you may have and I am truly happy with my sectional couch purchase and even worked with me on the coffee and side tables giving me the full! Set up. :D The delivery was on time and efficient. Overall outstanding!
Hector Was absolutely phenomenal. He made it painless. He offered help with choosing the right furniture for my place. He helped me out with the out the door costs. When I say absolutely perfect experience. I left after I made the first payment and went to get a haircut and not even a full haircut it was less than an hour and by time I got home the delivery people were there. THE NON STOP CALLS ARE RIDICULOUS! On the day you are due they will call you back to back to the point you start believing am I actually late. I went in for new products which only worked for 6 months and then gave me used products for almost the full time of the purchase and had me still pay full price no discount for the inconvenience just the constant calls for payment. I am experiencing some concerns with the service provided by Rent-A-Center employees. Despite being informed that I would receive a call to schedule the delivery of my black chaise 3 pc onyx couch, which I ordered online with a 3-7 business day delivery timeframe, it has been 10 days and I have not received a call. I would like to request a call with the boss, not the manager, to discuss this further. I do not like being lied to. Numerous employees are unprofessional and unorganized.
