Well, my experiences that I called one store and ordered everything and did it online and the lady never got back to me and she was really horrible like she hated her job. She says that I need to go to the Chef Mentor store so I called them they pull up my order. I was expecting my TV last Thursday. I mean last Wednesdayand I still haven’t heard from anybody and I missed the party because of y’all. I was waiting on a manager to call me back never heard anything
She was nice to me and my kids but I hope the price she said it would drop is right if I make on time payment because she said 900$ and this things say 1600 $ to payout. This my first time doing a payment on anything so I’ll see how it go and she was nice so this should workout thanks for the help. Ms. Samiia
My scheduled delivery did not come in time. I have no food my children are starving and using the same dirty clothes. You don’t know how bad a family needs a FRIDGE washer and dryer. I’m upset!!!
I love this store so much. The manager, Sheriee, is always so friendly and helpful. This store always looks and smells amazing. Miia makes everything sound like a great deal lol so beware she's good. Overall I will always shop here and tell everyone I know to do the same. Rent A Center in Westwego is a gem.
The customer service I received from Brandy at the Westwego store was awesome. Her and her team is very friendly and polite. I paid out my account and started a new just because of their service.
