The delivery went terribly. My neighbors referred me to this location. But during their delivery it ended up being an altercation due to them not fully taking the legs off the couch to allow it to fit. Very lazy work & it was very unfortunate for my neighbors they were overly glad to get it even referred me and our other neighbor to the store. Just to get treated terribly after they paid them their money it’s very unfortunate. And I will not be referring anyone to this location. Please work on that.

I was lied to about them bringing my product to my house and never bought my product to my house. They try to keep my money the store manager. Carlos was very rude to me. I was cursed out and hung up on and lied to and when I tried to get my refund, he told me I never paid them. They never brought my product that I paid for I called the store and talk to a lady named Michelle she was completely rude unprofessional she lied and told me that my account was in default but I already have purchase the product and made the first payment without receiving my product she canceled my order and refunded my money this was a bad experience I don't recommend nobody to shop at their store they are very rude they can cancel people orders just because they feel like it and that's unbelievable and we have nobody to ... read more
