Very disappointing experience at this Rent-A-Center location. I went in with an appointment to discuss approval options. Instead of receiving professional help, I was treated disrespectfully and spoken to in a rude and insulting manner. No attempt was made to explain options or assist me as a customer. I understand approvals can vary, but there is no excuse
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability from management and the appalling customer service I received at Rent a Center. Not only did I encounter poor service from the customer support team, but when I escalated the issue to management, I was met with complete disregard. Well I'm very upset I called and told the manager that I no longer wanted the washer and dryer that I rented because I was moving back home so they set an apt. up to come and get it so I made it clear to stop the payment on auto pay and they told me don't worry it's all taken care of the payment will not be taken out so I get up this morning and there it is 115.29 auto payment taken out of my acct. Management here is very very rude. No respect people cannot re-computers and they would not take care of you. The service is terrible. I’ve been with this store for 7+ years and the way they treated me today is uncalled for and they really do not care about their customers that they they are under new management and they are terrible. Items are individual contracts, as all were gotten at different times. They refused to let me pay off one contract without payment on the other 2. They also had quite the attitude. I will NOT be doing business with them again.
