I been going here for over 10 years but today when I called to make a payment I was charged $24 extra on my card and made my bank go negative because of this so on top of that I have to pay a extra $35 to my bank. I was never told I would be paying extra on the phone when I told him the price he said ok then took more

Flo was awesome — super knowledgeable, patient, and really made the whole process of getting my gaming PC smooth and stress-free. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about helping you get the right setup. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!
Complete waste of time. I put in an order with Bristol for a MacBook Air upon being approved for up to $4000 in merchandise. I payed a reservation fee of $25. Spoke to him and he said he put in my order and promised me updates, phone calls, emails, all of which never happened. I ended up waiting close to 3 weeks calling every couple of days to get any update. To which all he did was give me the work around.
