For the first time in many years that I have dealt with RAC, I wasn't treated with the respect or customer service I have become accustom to with them. A simple phone call to update me on my order is all that was needed. I was left waiting on a scheduled delivery, after rearranging my day, only to have to call & find out it wasn't there. I have been a member of the store off Lakeview since it was called Rent to own. due to a move, I am now at the store in South Side. At either of these locations you will find great people who are knowledgeable and ready to help you get the appliance or other item you are looking for. Getting approved is easy and fast as well. No hassles. If you are looking for an item, have little cash on hand and need it fast with little hassle. This is where you need to go.
Ben and Rory did amazing when they brought my sectional! It was a super tough fit getting the sectional in the front door but they took their time, had more patience than me, and were able to get the job done with no damage to the furniture! 😊 Not to mention they were very nice and professional during the whole process. I’m SO happy with the service I receive from RAC every time. My whole house has been furnished by RAC. Exceptional customer service 😊
Justin and his crew were extremely helpful and I had my product within 48 hours. I only needed the lift chair for a couple weeks but was treated as if I was spending alot more.
These are the most understanding, humans I've ever met. Very professional, yet down to earth. Greg is very understanding and he really took in consideration my issues with the loss of 3 of my children he was compassionate to my feelings. It's just a great group of folks to deal with.
