Do not rent here. They void my agreement because they claim they couldn’t reach me. Which is funny because I called the store last week to have it re- delivered today on Monday 2/19/26 so I don’t understand what happened or why they lie. But they’re very rude. Dropped $200 at Walmart for mattress for something I really needed. So don’t bother
Called to see if I could purchase something from them and pick it up myself because I live 90 miles from the store. The guy on the phone was a total jerk. He said no you can't because we have to deliver it and I can't tell you what the policies are. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will not do business with them at all. If you need good customer service use Aarons. They are very accommodating for those who live miles away.
Quite the hassle to get out of a agreement. They try to pressure you into getting into something else. I clearly stated that I needed to end my agreement because I purchased something else that was more in my budget.
After several contracts completed including a $3000 couch I decided I might need help with getting a new washer contacted Kyle at the office set everything up signed my contract on DocuSign took time off of work waiting for them to deliver only to be Left waiting all day contacted the store to see where the delivery was only to be told because of my last contract they took a settlement out early. Don't listen to all the negative comments. Rent a center goes above and beyond to get me whatever I am needing when I call or come in. I have had the best 2 years renting my furniture from them till i own my items, and will continue to rent through them. Katrina and her crew are absolutely amazing. 100000 percent recommend the division location for your furniture needs
