RecommendedWe are extremely impressed with the customer service in this store! We have been back and fourth with another furniture store and actually asked for our money back so we decided to stop in! We were able look at the items in stock and were given a very quick delivery date! We will definitely be making future purchases here!!!

I will not say why, they are very miss leading... you make a payment, and they send them back to you... Maine state law says any amount is sent and refused., $5.00 a month is the minimum, to be made. if refused the bill is pay in full. So done with them

Really can't believe Rent-a-center can't be a little more understanding and work with people in light of what is going on. They would rather take back used furniture during COVID-19 pandemic instead of wait another week or two for payment? How does that make any sense? So whatever you do don't buy your furniture from rent-a-center because you don't know where it's been or if they took it back from some poor person that couldn't pay because they are out of work because of COVID-19.
