Truly terrible all around ! from the start of services it’s been one problem after another ! Staff is highly unprofessional inconsistent. the staff is constantly making errors i understand maybe once or twice, cool. im a laid back person, but every so often is just unacceptable. The staff doesn’t even apologize when they’re constantly making errors they just brush it off like “it what, it is”. Tom from RAC gives me the creeps. Not only is he constantly driving up and down my street to stalk my house, he doesnt do anything right there. I get paid biweekly, Tom always switches it to weekly. Whats with him doing that to screw customers over? Unprofessional, ever since he got his promotion he thinks he can do what he wants. Tell him if he’s gonna drive by houses, to have the respect to get down instead of watch the house 👍🏽
The customer service is bad. Instead of telling us this guy was ahead of us, let me take care of him first, yet he just made us wait so we walked out. The guy in the back came out once in awhile to help not us but others. Just upsetting 😡
A team of truly kind hearted people. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and they make you feel like you are part of their family.
Just got a sofa, couldn't make ONE payment until the next week on Friday .they couldn't wait just 3 days for payment..they came to pick it up today Tuesday when I would have paid Friday. Great customer service guys- NOT..That was crap! Love Lyle though! He's the best and this wasn't his decision!
