Not very happy with the way RAC in south Paris handle things. I’ve been getting charged extra fees because whoever set my payment schedule up, didn’t set it for bi weekly, so now it looks like I’ve been late every payment. I’ve had it with this thieving company. I also experienced the worst customer service ever while speaking with Tasha, who I might add promptly hung up on me. Bad customer service. Very rude and they can't seem to keep your account straight. We pay bi-weekly...They mark accounts late and charge late fees on the weeks there's no payments due. Tasha is very rude, talks down to customers and hangs up on them instead of trying to fix the problem. 10 yrs through this company to be treated with disrespect.

Would love to thank them for my parents, for driving into are drive way getting stuck then burning out causing big ruts,spitting dirt all over are classic cars and also a jeep that we have... wish I could post the pics I took of it along with the tag they left to prove it was them!!!! REAL PROFENSSIONAL GUYS WAY TO GO !
