What a bad experience. The manager of the store Richard he is very rude, disrespectful, he harasses and retaliates. Cancelled my contract so i cant see it but I have a paper copy. If you can please go elsewhere.Richard goes in the system and edits contracts when gets mad. Corporate office has been notified. They had originally messed up my payment dates so tried to give me some weeks free. I would not had made a PTP on a week I dont get paid. He calls himself getting back. A nightmare from the start, I still haven't received all my order, had to settle for something I didn't want but of course they have already billed me 3 times. They got their money so to hell with anything else.

Some people really carry a negative vibe and you can tell they are not happy. Love the job you chose. The cashier was so Nonchalant and combative with his answers. No I don't need anything, this is a last minute helpful gift and he made it so awkward. Lord bless him

This isn't my first time buying different things from Rent Center. Never had any problems. Customer service was great. They can be a little worrisome at times. If you forget to make a payment. But I definitely understand. Overall the company is a great place to buy from.
