Excellent customer service at Rent-A-Center at 660 American Legion Hwy from V & Erik!! Me, and my children rent & have been without a working refrigerator for a month now! All this time I didn’t even think about a rental place, meanwhile my landlord left us without a working refrigerator & right back to back, a non-working stove, for a month prior. This has to be one of the most exploitative schemes affecting struggling communities. How can you justify charging people up to 10 times the normal price for items when they clearly cannot afford it? It's evident that this store is targeting and taking advantage of the less fortunate.
Good customer service and reasonable they know how to work with you
the lights to my headboard for my bedroom set stopped working and i have to wait 2 weeks for a new sensor to arrive and the manager refuse to pro rate my bill until i get the new sensor
Received my sofa in good condition no wear or tear. No damage to my property during the arrival of my sofa and the movers was really nice.
