The customer service is very cold and not pleasant and I have had great experiences when dealing with Mr. Dwayne, over the years I have purchased a TV, TV stand and a washer now I'm renting to own a dining room set and recliner sofa and love seat, but this will be my last dealing with rent a center, because when I went in to make a payment today, Herb was not very pleasant, somewhat rude, and I'm not going to be spending my money renting furniture if I'm to be treated this way. Customer service needs to improve
Herb was such a great person to work with. Very energetic and funny. He was so helpful and was able to get me what I need with the budget I had as well and for that I was thankful.
