If I could give a place zero Stars I would give it to this place. I went through three separate washers in a row. None of them worked properly after being dropped off. And then they proceeded to tell me that they all work fine and that I'm a liar. Or I am causing the damage. The man who installed and dropped off was also horrible. Did not use Teflon tape and it was leaking everywhere. Also did not level it like it requires and did not install the dryer. Vent hose just pushed it against my wall. When I was late on a payment they gave me a window to pay for it and plus they was nice and didn't get up set about me being late they understood my situation and I appreciate that
