I will never recommend this store. When Misty ran it it was great. Valencia is unprofessional, rude and generally the most unpleasant person I have met, and I work with hateful people. She should be lucky they do not monitor her calla.
will never rent from them again. i have been late due to a health issue and no insurance and they were helpful at first until i got close to paying it off. now they say they cant wait one more week and are going to repossess.. wow..
