This was the first Rent-a-center I have step inside of. Kaylis (sorry if I butchered the spelling) and Jamal were more than helpful! They helped explain all of the available options for what I was looking for, and worked with me and my budget. I will definitely be returning to this location next time I am in the market for furniture regardless of renting or buying!
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in for a bed set and a tv because I just moved.. They delivered the bed which had pee stains all over it literally. Called the store and told them about it and to please come get it out my apartment because it had my room and living room smelling like pee.. when I called up there,the guy told me he would get with his manager (this was Tuesday) never heard anything back. The Nolensville Rd location is Awesome. Best customer service. My daughter and I was greeted as soon as we walked in and Napel was able to help us with our need. Will definitely be doing business with this location only
Well, I’m pretty impressed. They text me all day today at work and send me pictures through my text. Message didn’t drop the ball and this evening. I am not finding a bed on the rack that I like and I’ll get it on Thursday. Thank you.
