RecommendedRent a Center in Altoona by Walmart is an amazing store!!! The manager mike is laid back, the sales assistant Liz is so helpful!!! Aaron the credit manager always makes me laugh!!! I will always go back!!!

put some cameras in your store. an envelope with my payment was put inside their door and amazingly it has come up missing
bunch of crooks worst co. ever if they say that they'll fix a problem there full of crap had our washer sent out 5-6 times still broke with the same problem now they ignore my old ladys phone calls made all our payments paid off so weres there obligation to fix the problem we fulfilled our end oh I forgot all yall did is lied to us bunch of crooks never go to RAC go to Aarons I don't like these rent to buy companys but they are the worst of them all now we are forced to call the bbb
The customer service sucks! For what was explained to me.. when i dropped my cell phone off to be fixed was that it was to be back on in a week or two. Hahaha Here i sit four weeks later and constantly getting the run around. First no-one know what to say to me than the last 5 times I've called now. I get " ok well call the service center right now and call you right back" not ONE phone call back. They don't give a s**t as long as they get their sale and get your money.
