Great people. Amazing help. Not a bad deal at all for getting a washer and dryer. I would recommend this location for sure!

If i could give 0 I would. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Wanted to share a traumatic experience I just had with this company. I am a single mother. I do the absolute best I can for my daughter and I. I had my couch and TV almost paid off added a laptop I was only 3 days late she said I was 9 days late. We had been with them for about a yr now and the new girl is so so rude and is a bitch.Then we told.them to.come get their stuff and they want money still from us. If I could give them a lower rating I would, this rent a center and the one on oak spring road. We first went to the one on oak spring road and they were incredibly nice, we picked out our couch and we were to have it delivered the next day. Well the next day two unqualified men comes to deliver our couches. It was raining outside, they took both of the couches out, started bringing one in and left the other sitting out in the rain.
