RecommendedI went to RAC and was upset with the furniture place I was already in agreement with. Upon my arrival at RAC I was instantly greeted with smiles. They helped me right away. Mrs. Amy was very friendly helped me pick my tv out. Turned it on and showed me how it worked. Mr. Terry was also very kind. They all talked to me and we’re glad to help me. They got all my paperwork ready fast and then thanked me for coming in today. It definitely lifted my mood and I can’t wait to continue my business with them.
terrible customer service. the staff is very rude anytime you have communication with you. None of the team work together. They never are on time with anything they say that they are going to do.. The manager flat out told us he had crappy staff and was looking for more. very unprofessional place.
