Friendly staff. Familiar faces because I've done business with them a couple times. Refrigerator and window A/C unit reasonable prices, and low , manageable weekly payments. Will definitely be returning. Thanks guys

I had an absolutely excellent experience at the “Rent-A-Center” on W State blvd. They made it very simple, quick, professional, AND helpful! Definitely the best one in Fort Wayne!
I have rented from them for over a year maybe 2. I've leased and bought out 5 items in that time and working on my last with just a few payments left to pay it off. I am disabled and in and out of the hospital here lately more then I'd wish to be. But they did something that I felt was not okay so I made a complaint with the BBB. We've rented and paid off several things over the years. We've got probably half of our house furnished by Rent-a-Center. They offer, if I can remember correctly, I believe a 90 days same as cash and I believe a 6 month same as cash on just about everything, if not everything. The store manager Mike, here in Fort Wayne, IN on West State Blvd. is a very nice person, we at one time couldn't make our for like 2 weeks, and he was very understanding and let us slide, but we still had to continue payments until it was paid off.
