I got an amazing sofa and bed for a low monthly payment. The best part is they delivered and set everything up free of charge.
Wonderful customer service and very helpful from Herman to the 2 ladies at the desk, they have the best attitudes. Loved the experience and glad they had our washer and dryer. Would forever be a loyal customer to them!!
Absolutely terrible with awful customer service at this store location on Ferguson. Purchased a couch, was told that it would be delivered on a certain date. Only to be told that no that I am a liar and it isn't being delivered until another date, that the time and date they gave us was just when they were "picking it up from another store, not the delivery date." I would 100% not recommend using this Rent-A-Center location.
1st time renting from here well from anywhere and they was absolutely fantastic great staff and H.N.I.C they was awesome 👌 👏 great service got everything i needed and da delivery driver's was super quick I mean super quick wen I say quick i mean torpedoe cause they called my phone at 336 said they were on they way and got here at literally 346 quickest delivery I ever got da staff and da H.N.I.C and delivery driver's most definitely need a raise YADADAMEAN
I received a couch and a tv. The leasing process was a little chaotic but they definitely were accommodating for any inconveniences i experienced. Delivery drivers were quick and efficient upon arrival. I don’t know the names of everyone that i encountered but the delivery drivers where Niko and Tod. I’d definitely recommend leasing at the location
