Dealt with this rent-a-center for years now. Just got through paying off furniture. Was interested in getting a computer and looking forward to doing business with them. As I remember, the last manager was super friendly. As of late, and dealing with the situation with the computer. The new one was rude in our 2nd day of business. Stay Away from this place! Scam Store!!!they took my dryer to be repaired and refused to return it after it was paid for. the loaner they left didn't work now I've paid $3000 for a washer dryer set that is only 18 mos old and the loaner dryer needs a whole new wire harness and cord. they are not affiliated with RAC and customer service doesn't recognize the store or any account numbers. Scam Store!!!

BEEN WITH RCA. MORGANTON .About 2 years ONLY THING .I CAN BE SHORE FROM THEM.IS CALLING ME EVERY SAT ABOUT THERE MONEY .ALREADY A WEEK NOW 4 A LOANER DRYER.SO MINE CAN BE FIXED. WISH I HAD WENT 2 KIMBRELLS.NEVRE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM
