There’s only like one or two people I like to deal with at this location. I had spoke to one today and he was totally rude. Telling me I’m not listening to him and they can’t do anything or tell me anything because they don’t have the receipt. This location has a bunch of rude people. Telling me we owed a small amount and one week and said we owed double and some of what was owed. It is ridiculous how these people are! Never had a problem until recently. How are you going to refuse payment then threaten to come take appliances for nonpayment? Everyone in that building has a bad attitude and is extremely rude. Complete unprofessional and disgusting establishment.
If I had the choice to give it 0 stars I would. "Rusty" does not need to work in customer service if all he's going to do is yell and cut you off while you're trying to talk and understand why you're trying to over charge us on a payment when we are up to date... And when we asked for his name he said he was just cancelling our order we have been paying on since July and hung up on us!!! We haven't even received our furniture and TV ( but that part is on us). I would recommend RAC to anyone. If there is a problem with something they are always willing to help solve the problem until their customers are satisfied. They always where a smile and are very friendly.RAC is the place to go when you can't go anywhere else.
Im still checking you guys out, hopefully you guys treat your customers better than Aaron's. Will say im not to impressed so far.
