Very great customer service definitely family felt environment
This location never informed me they didnt deliver out of state until my order came in and the new sales manager would do nothing helpful. They made a mistake by agreeing to lease me with my address listed. The website has a delivery date set. But they want me to pick it up. These are shady people that dont have accountability for their workers and are disrespectful to clients. I will not take business to any RAC now because this could have all been handled simply 19 days ago when i last spoke to them and all was good.
Easy no problem with getting what I needed
They sent Anthony out to help move a fridge for me and my wife today,he was faced with rough enviroment and no porch But went completely above and beyond and completed the task happily. Including picking a entire refrigerator up from the ground by hand and hoisting it into the door with me. I'm so thankful for his help,he saved us so many troubles today without any complaints at all. Thank y'all so much!
Customer service is a joke. Everyone else has been extremely rude. I was told benefits plus would help if I was ever out of work and needed to be late etc so tell me why I’m paying for it and when I was in the hospital for a month straightand asked to be a few days late I’m getting harassing texts and calls about coming to get my couch. But when I bring up benefits plus I’m ignored. Then I ask for it to be removed from my account since it’s not there to help as I was initially instructed. Guess what ignored again.
