Everyone is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your item. I don’t live in Lenoir city anymore but this will always be my go to location.

Robert has been an great help! He manages the store and keeps inventory updated and offers amazing deals! If ever I had any issues he quickly resolved them. From the start of my contract to the end Robert has always taken care of me. I love the 6 month same as cash program and I’ll forever be a loyal customer. I truly appreciate his hard work and efforts. Kudos!!!!
The staff at this location are extremely helpful and friendly. I would have given 5 stars but they were late with delivery and no call informing me and when the fridge was delivered it was not cleaned and had bugs in it. I spent 30 minutes cleaning it before using it and all they did was apologize. Some sort of compensation should have been given
