My stars are for the lady who just started 3 months ago that answered my call today. She is awesome and you are lucky to have her cause the rest of this business is a mess.

Second time renting from them. Just started renting a whirlpool washer and dryer brand new. The only flaw would be that the delivery man did scratch the dryer 5 times before I could even use it.
Good place to get stuff from but if you go there don't tell the skinny dude you like a girl that's in the parking lot because he'll run out there and talk to her other than that it's a real good place to shop
Store manager was very unhelpful and rude. I went to store after being pre-approved online to make a order and was told by the woman that I assume was manager or assistant that the in-store application had been declined and she offered no help as to why. Nobody ever checked references I listed or anything and I feel like she either never submitted the info really. I am still getting approved email from rac and still being told online I'm approved.
