I want to say Mr Dontae and Tenesha were really professional and Mr Dontae went above and beyond to help me work the electronic and as far as I can say they were an example how old fashion customer service should be.

I don't often post reviews of this sort but I have been so extremely impressed with the customer service my husband and I have experienced with the team at the Rent a Center at 726 Salisbury Blvd in Salisbury Md. After my husband had a serious surgery in March 2022 we were in need of an electric lift recliner to aid him getting in and out of a chair. It's OK it be more better if they kind of work with you for the same day as cash my payment did not fall on my pay date for me to be done only one day now paying for price did not seem fair
The employee at this store have very poor customer service skills and the store manager just allows them to do whatever and say whatever to their customers. They all need customer service training ASAP
